Professional Experience and Background
Brad’s practice includes representing clients in complex commercial, labor and employment, real estate litigation, and products liability. Brad also represents several Ohio-based trucking and logistics firms relative to PUCO regulations and state and federal DOT compliance.
Brad has extensive trial experience at the state and municipal court level, and has also handled numerous arbitrations, mediations and administrative hearings.
In 2009 and 2010, Brad was named to Rising Stars as published in Ohio Super Lawyers. Brad is a graduate of Cleveland State University and Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. He is a member of multiple local, regional, and national organizations.
