Professional Experience and Background
Brendan Richard is an Associate in the firm’s Cleveland office. His practice focuses on litigation matters, including medical malpractice, other professional negligence, products liability and general litigation.
Brendan obtained his law degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law. During law school, he clerked year-round at Mannion Gray. In this capacity, he was able to amass experience in a number of complex and high-exposure litigation and trials. Since completing law school, Brendan has handled a wide variety of matters, including complex medical and legal malpractice matters as well as cases involving catastrophic injuries. Prior to law school, Brendan worked as a physical therapist, a health care manager and a consultant. He also holds a Master’s degree in physical therapy and a M.B.A.
Brendan is a member of the Ohio State Bar Association, the American Bar Association and the Cleveland Metropolitan Bar Association.
