Professional Experience and Background
Kate Kennedy is an Associate with the firm’s Kentucky office. Kate handles all types of insurance defense, Workers’ compensation, employment law, pharmacy liability, premises liability, construction law, and insurance coverage cases.
Kate volunteers as a Leader with Habitat for Humanity, Young Professionals Section, to help raise money for the organization. She is a lifelong Kentucky resident, enjoys cooking, spending time with family and friends, and remodeling her home. Kate is also a devoted UK football and basketball fan. Kate is also a member of the Cincinnati Bar Association, Women’s Law, Workers’ Compensation and Tort/Insurance Committees, the Ohio State Bar Association, Kentucky Bar Association, and the Northern Kentucky Bar Association.
