Professional Experience and Background

Ryan K. Rubin has been with Mannion & Gray since its inception. In addition to being licensed in Ohio and Kentucky, he has represented clients in California, Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, South Carolina, and West Virginia. 

He has successfully taken to trial and obtained defense verdicts in medical malpractice and products liability cases involving catastrophic injuries and death. He has handled matters involving intricate medical and legal malpractice, engineering, fire, environmental, products, contractual, subrogation, and transportation. In the defense of one mass tort action involving a train derailment, in only two years, Ryan completed over 400 depositions leading to the successful dismissal of his client from the matter.

In 2011, Ryan was named a Rising Star as to be published by Ohio Super Lawyers in 2012. He has presented at numerous continuing legal education seminars involving brain injuries, medical malpractice, and use of technology in trial, sponsored by a national business organization. He has also consulted with and presented seminars on risk management to various corporations and medical professionals.

He is active in Cleveland’s civic affairs through his position on the Board of Trustees for the Cleveland chapter of the American Jewish Committee (AJC).

Ryan earned his J.D. from Case Western Reserve University School of Law, where he was a member of the Honors Court and also competed on the National Mock Trial team, winning multiple victories in regional and national tournaments. He received his B.A. at Miami University where he was a member of the Rugby team.
