Mannion Win in WV Supreme Court

Successfully obtaining dismissal of a multi-million dollar cross-claim, Mannion appeared for argument in support of the same before the West Virginia Supreme Court in January of 2013. On April 1, 2013, the West Virginia Supreme Court Affirmed the lower court’s decision. Click HERE for the Court’s Opinion. Our firm defended Pullman Power and Structural Group in a lawsuit related to a chimney stack fire that resulted in 1 death and injuries to others at an American Electric Power (AEP) facility in West Virginia. On behalf of our clients, we moved for sanctions against co-defendant, AEP. Sanctions were granted by way of dismissal of AEP’s multi-million dollar cross claim against our clients.
