Mannion Win in WV Supreme Court

Successfully obtaining dismissal of a multi-million dollar cross-claim, Mannion appeared for argument in support of the same before the West Virginia Supreme Court in January of 2013. Our firm defended Pullman Power and Structural Group in a lawsuit related to a chimney stack fire that resulted in 1 death and injuries to others at an American Electric Power (AEP) facility in West Virginia. On behalf of our clients, we moved for sanctions against co-defendant, AEP. Sanctions were granted by way of dismissal of AEP’s multi-million dollar cross claim against our clients.
